The QWare Pro 3 (QW-1007) tablet is a 7" tablet which can be bought for the 'amazing' price of €100. You might say that the price is quite normal for a 7" tablet but this one has the following specifications:
- 1,2Ghz Cortex A8 CPU
- Mali400 GPU
- 7" Capacitive screen
- 512MB DDR3 RAM
- 4GB Flash
- Wifi (b/g/n)
- 1,3M camera
- Adnroid 2.3.4
So far I have done only a couple of quadrant tests but even without tweaking all score's are higher than 1700 
(despite the Chinese 1,2Ghz which is actually 1008Mhz). Another big advantage of the Pro 3: it's rooted by default!
